Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about getting the freshest Florida Keys seafood delivered to your door.
How is my seafood packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty insulated coolers and dry ice or gel packs to ensure your seafood remains at the optimal temperature throughout its journey. Each order is vacuum-sealed to preserve maximum freshness.
When will my order arrive?
To ensure quality, we ship via FedEx Overnight. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed for next-day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products and transit times, we do not offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable seafood. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Is your seafood wild-caught or farm-raised?
The majority of our signature items, including our Florida Spiny Lobster, Stone Crab Claws, and Key Largo Snapper, are wild-caught directly from the local waters of the Florida Keys.
How should I store my seafood once it arrives?
Fresh seafood should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 2-3 days. If you do not plan to eat it right away, most of our vacuum-sealed products can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.
